Product Sales Specialist- Siemens

We have a great opportunity for a motivated, solutions-driven Product Sales Specialist (electrical distribution and control product lines) with Siemens product knowledge and application experience. This position is responsible for providing product knowledge, application solutions, and services by developing an excellent knowledge of our product offerings. How You Will Contribute Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities, identify key contacts, and gain insight into potential customers’ operations. Complete sales calls, generate customer leads, and prepare expense reports weekly. Prepare an annual sales forecast for the assigned territory to maximize productivity and sales growth. Report competitive conditions and customer feedback to management. Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities. Promote and demonstrate new services, customer resources, and programs to the customer base. Coordinate secured customer orders with appropriate staff for entry, tracking, and fulfilment. Actively manage account base and new opportunities to maximize sales volume and gross profit margins. Read, review, and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project scope and solution offering. Follow up on quotations to ensure customer service and document proposed solutions. Follow and meet project schedules and deadlines. Coordinate projects with service providers and pursue potential service/product opportunities. Provide customers with the product information needed to make informed purchases. Attend product training to develop product knowledge. Understand and expand knowledge of core industrial products and substitutes. Support other branches in securing and facilitating customer orders. Encourage collaboration and act as a team player. Work safely with 480V, 120V, 24V, and pressurized systems; use appropriate PPE and report accidents promptly. Understand and follow customers’ safety guidelines when delivering solutions. What You Bring (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferred but not required. 3–5 years of experience in Siemens product sales, including market analysis and sales forecasting. Valid driver’s license and good driving history. Strong ethical standards and professional behavior. Clear and concise communication, especially verbal. Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to plan and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work well independently and in a team. Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively. Strong customer service orientation to provide an exceptional customer experience. Ability to read and use measuring devices and to operate computer software and wiring/device marking systems. Motivation to learn and deliver quality work. Ability to travel with overnight stays during the week. What We Offer
