As a Shipping Growth Account Executive within our Digital Shipping Solutions team, you’ll focus on Shipping, Locker, and other growth/expansion/upsell products within our SaaS-based solutions. You will hunt for new business and manage existing key client relationships with a focus on expansion within existing accounts outside the contract renewal window. You will be a consultative sales professional who can close business in virtual, in-person, or phone environments, and you will own the full sales cycle from lead to contract renewal. Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle (lead generation through closing) for our growth solutions suite Drive expansion and land revenue for high shipping need clients Educate prospects using a customer-focused, consultative sales process to determine the best-fit products/services Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships across a wide array of prospects and customers Capture organic expansion growth, competitive displacement, or win-backs across the portfolio Become an industry expert in office shipping, warehouse shipping, and eCommerce for global and domestic needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improve software products Communicate the value proposition of Shipping, Locker, MailStream OnDemand, and expansion solutions Work with segment-aligned Client Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and Product Specialists to meet objectives Utilize CRM and prospecting tools to identify prospects, manage lead progression, and report on sales results Engage with C-Suite and other stakeholders in a client-facing capacity Conduct face-to-face meetings virtually or in person when required Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications

3+ years in B2B sales Strong experience selling SaaS solutions (eCommerce, Warehouse Shipping, Mailing Solutions, Office Shipping preferred) Proven track record closing business over the phone or in virtual meetings Experience initiating contact through cold calling 3+ years of prospecting/hunting with solid discovery and client needs analysis skills Ability to learn new processes and adapt quickly Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools to build and manage a book of business Demonstrated consultative selling and solutions-based sales approach Ability to set and pursue weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and deliver measurable results Accountability for achieving objectives Location

This field-based sales role primarily serves the Florida market and requires residency in Florida. Team and Products

Our team, SendTech Solutions, provides physical and digital mailing and shipping technology solutions, financing, services, supplies, and other applications for small/medium businesses, retail, enterprise, and government clients. Products include SendPro Series C&P, DI2000, PitneyShip Cube, and Smart Lockers. SendPro MailCenter PitneyShip Cube Smart Lockers Compensation

Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000 annual base. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and location. Eligible for incentive pay of $54,000, bringing OTE to $110,000 - $130,000 annually. Company and Equal Opportunity
