Responsibilities
Sell HVAC systems to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
Conduct sales visits offering residential and commercial services, emphasizing or recommending services based on customer needs.
Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems.
Develop and maintain excellent rapport with install department.
Communicate effectively between co-workers, vendors, and clients.
Participate in training and ongoing education.
Qualifications
HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred).
Proven sales history (minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred).
Excellent communicator with internal and external customers.
Ability to quickly create rapport with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism.
Must be coachable and willing to learn new things.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Must pass background and drug screen.
Essential Job Functions

Comfortable and capable of working in basements and crawl spaces.
