Position:
HVAC Sales Manager
Base pay range:
$75,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Location:
Wisconsin (Jackson area)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals, providing training, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets for residential HVAC services and equipment.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of accurate and competitive proposals, quotes, and contracts for HVAC installations, maintenance plans, and service agreements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue performance, and team productivity, to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Certifications:
HVAC-related certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA 608) are a plus.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
