Overview The Global Technology team builds digital solutions that enable business success across the organization. As a Service Desk Associate you will provide technology and device support, develop automated solutions, and contribute to a high‑velocity, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

Resolve moderate technical issues from incoming incidents, exercising judgment within defined procedures.

Utilize ServiceNow to manage support requests, generate dashboard reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Document and track status of client inquiries, coordinating appropriate response and following up for client satisfaction.

Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot workplace issues using Nexthink monitoring software for real‑time visibility.

Create workflows in Power Automate to connect apps and services, streamlining repetitive processes.

Use programming languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) to develop scripts, automate testing, and solve problems.

Practice an Agile framework to suggest process enhancements that prevent recurring issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong diagnostic and ticketing experience; proficiency with hardware and software troubleshooting.

Experience with Nexthink, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and remote access tools.

Familiarity with device automation and compliance scripts; comfort with API consumption and development.

Knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals, database schemas, SQL, networking (TCP/IP, OSI, firewalls), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred: Financial or insurance industry experience.
