Top‑performing Sales Reps earn $80K–$150K annually.

You’ll start with a base pay of

$250/week

and earn

uncapped commission

plus performance bonuses. Many of our reps exceed six figures by following our proven sales process.

About The Role As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to understand their needs and guide them toward the right home improvement solutions. Using our in‑home consultation model, you’ll deliver expert presentations and build trust with potential customers—while helping them turn their vision into reality.

In this role, you will:

Conduct in‑home consultations with prospective customers

Present solutions that align with their home improvement goals

Follow a proven sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle

Manage your leads, appointments, and follow‑ups independently

Key Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Confident communication and presentation abilities

Proven track record of achieving sales goals

Excellent time management and organization

High ethical standards and professionalism

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

iPad required for presenting and managing appointments

Prior in‑home or B2C sales experience preferred, but not required

full‑time, field‑based role
