Sales Reps can earn up to $80,000 in their first year.

About The Role

We seek

motivated Outside Sales Representatives

to join our

growing team!

In this role, you will meet with homeowners, assess their home improvement needs, and provide exceptional customer service. Your goal is to guide customers through our solutions, deliver compelling sales presentations, and help them transform their spaces confidently.

Key Qualifications

High ethical standards in professional behavior

Strong time management and organizational skills

Clear and concise communication skills, including sales presentations

Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and work in a team

Customer service orientation

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Knowledge of sales principles and practices

Proven ability to meet sales targets
