We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The role focuses on addressable market penetration, sales plan development, and sales execution to drive business growth in a multi-state region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales, dealer channel sales, and retail grocery/food production industry knowledge, including experience with high precision machinery and film/label products. This includes candidates who are self-starters, ambitious, and capable of closing sales. Core objective:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. This position is an exceptional opportunity for a proven and driven sales professional to contribute to a company achieving record growth and innovation. Responsibilities

Engage and sell into target markets including regional supermarkets, grocery stores, commissaries, meat/vegetable/fruit production facilities, and other retailers requiring weighing, pricing, wrapping, and label technology. Collaborate with business leadership to develop a sales strategy and actionable plan for direct and dealer channel sales. Prospect for new accounts and increase business share with existing customers. Assist in annual addressable market assessment to support the regional budget. Assess the competitive landscape. Represent DIGI America with professionalism and integrity to deepen customer relationships and raise industry awareness of our technology and products. Generate viable leads through market research, referrals, and prospecting and convert them into opportunities that drive sales growth. Develop knowledge of the retail grocery, industrial food, and related industries to identify new opportunities within the region. Utilize available technology to create new accounts via events, trade shows, client meetings, letters, emails, networking, direct meetings, and DIGI America tools such as Salesforce CRM and video conferencing. Maximize sales productivity through consistent use of defined sales processes. Provide accurate sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting. Demonstrate product knowledge, understand customer needs, and articulate benefits and practicality of DIGI products. Report timely and accurately to sales leadership to ensure goals are set and achieved with real-time visibility of opportunities. Focus on customer delight by expediting resolution of customer problems and complaints. Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record and reliable transportation. Preferred bachelor’s degrees in business administration, marketing, or engineering. 6-8 years of progressive B2B sales experience through direct sales and distributor/dealer networks with a proven track record of sales growth. Strong communications, organization, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and selling skills. Open, positive mindset and a team player. Self-starter with a history of top performance. Excellent people skills to build relationships. Must reside in CA or NV. Knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, or other CRM. Travel

Travel is required, with expected travel up to 50% - 75%. Includes monthly automotive allowance.
