We are rapidly expanding our presence in the U.S. market and are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales, distribution, and brand growth in Orange County and surrounding areas.

Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager role is a 1099 contract position. The individual will execute the company’s sales strategy, manage distributor relationships, and drive brand visibility within the assigned region. The role focuses on building strong trade partnerships, executing regional marketing initiatives, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, highly organized, and have proven success in the spirits or beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to increase brand presence and sales in Orange County and surrounding markets.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and both on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retail, chains) accounts.

Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet regional goals.

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure proper inventory management and distribution coverage.

Market Expansion & Brand Growth

Identify and secure new business opportunities in priority accounts and emerging market segments.

Lead the execution of Wildfire’s marketing programs, tastings, and promotions to increase consumer awareness and engagement.

Partner with the national marketing team to ensure regional efforts align with brand objectives.

Represent Wildfire at key trade events, shows, and tastings.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities.

Analyze sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Provide regular updates to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and progress toward goals.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, managers, and decision-makers in priority accounts.

Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in sales or regional management within the spirits, beverage, or CPG industry.

Proven success managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth.

Experience executing regional marketing initiatives and promotions.

Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required).

Other Requirements

Must live in Orange County, CA.

Ability to travel within the region (some overnight travel may be required).

Must have a valid driver’s license.
