We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Support staff team member who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Support staff play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing attentive service throughout the guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented Support Staff team member to assist with maintaining the flow of service and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role is essential in keeping the dining area clean, assisting servers, and ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate is attentive, efficient, and eager to be part of a dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area. Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Ensure dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly stocked and available for service. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations. Support communication between the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery. Assist in accommodating guest needs, including refilling water glasses and providing extra utensils when necessary. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and management to create a seamless dining experience. Qualifications
Prior experience as a busser, food runner, or in a similar support role is a plus but not required. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure. Passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. Benefits
