Location: Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, Oahu, Hawaii
Responsibilities
Guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and ensure strong outlet success in achieving high level of guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark.
Restaurant floor presence skills, food and beverage knowledge and attention to service standard compliance detail.
Inventory controls, understanding international wines, spirits, and beers.
Bar background, ability to understand innovative mixology program.
Openness to innovative approach and ability to showcase craftsmanship.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
Must have excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language.
Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Must have ability to work holidays, weekdays, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
Able to negotiate, organize, delegate, manage, and work under pressure.
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
