Overview
Leadership Annual Giving Officer, South Florida – Florida State University FSU is in the leadership phase of a comprehensive campaign. The Division of University Advancement is expanding its team to support frontline fundraising and donor stewardship across South Florida (Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties). Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of up to 250 prospects; schedule in-person and virtual meetings. Advance leadership annual donors through the pipeline in collaboration with major gifts teams. Utilize multi-channel outreach (in-person, phone, email, video, text, university events) to build relationships and grow annual gifts of $1,000–$30,000. Conduct discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for annual gifts of $5,000 and up. Document engagements in the CRM and track progress using dashboard tools and data analytics. Provide concierge service and timely biographical updates and communication preferences to leadership annual giving donors. Stay informed about university activities and collaborate with Annual Giving and other internal teams to identify donors for targeted outreach. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience (combined education and experience acceptable). Valid Florida or Georgia driver's license or ability to obtain. Additional Information
