Lean Cell Development : Provide strategic input to design and implement lean manufacturing cells across the site. Advanced Lean Tools : Apply mastery in JIT, takt, flow, pull systems, standard work, jidoka, DMAIC, A3, TPM, heijunka, kanban, kaizen, pacemaker, pitch, SWIP, supermarket, and more. Mixed-Model Cell Design : Use SWCS, % load, and cell standard work to create efficient, scalable production systems. Kaizen Leadership : Facilitate targeted kaizen events to eliminate waste and solve critical business challenges. Visual Management & Coaching : Guide teams in daily performance using visual controls, Gemba walks, and lead standard work. Problem Solving Culture : Coach employees to identify abnormal conditions and resolve them systematically. Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and a minimum of 8 years of experience to include at least 5 years of Lean leadership. Or, a Master’s Degree in business or technical field and a minimum of 5 years of experience to include 3 years of Lean leadership. Or, a high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience to include 5 years of Lean leadership. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 11+ years of experience including 8+ years of Lean leadership. Or, Master’s Degree and 8+ years with 5+ years of Lean leadership. Lean master, lean practitioner, or Master Black Belt Certification. Automotive or electronics industry manufacturing experience. Toyota Production System (TPS) familiarity. Computer skills: high-level of spreadsheet utilization skills; exposure to a networked environment using a Windows and/or Windows-like interface using Microsoft Office suite such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook; ability to utilize and create reports using Power BI; ability to use Enterprise-wide information systems such as Oracle. Salary Range : Lean Master: $103,218.83 - $154,828.24 (Lansdale, PA) annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on location, job function, education, and experience.
