As a server assistant, you will take pride in the integral role you play in supporting your Food & Beverage colleagues and setting the stage for a truly memorable meal. Responsibilities
Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction. Have complete knowledge of all products, procedures, and standards. Be an expert on all things restaurant related. Ace tests. Answer questions. Study. Offer the highest level of support. Assist servers as much as possible in as many ways as possible. Clear tables when guests are finished. Work with other bussers and servers to ensure enough hands are available when a table is finished. Set each table in their section flawlessly and perfectly. Ensure table settings, alignment of chairs, and other details are precise. Stock side stations and maintain appropriate pars of silverware, glassware, napkins, share plates, marking trays and condiments. Polish items to be fingerprint and smudge free. Stock stations quietly and smoothly. Maintain water levels throughout service and know which tables are drinking which type of water. Clean spills or debris promptly. Be ready to assist with cleaning equipment as needed. Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining room. Check chairs, banquettes, and areas under tables. Help clean and stock supplies. Organize and stock linen pars. Perform all assigned side work before, during, and after the shift. Qualifications
Previous experience of at least one year in food and beverage Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Employment details
