Proposed Start Date:
Position Information The Clinical Pharmacology and Analytical Chemistry laboratory seeks a Postdoctoral Associate to work on projects applying mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) to emerging questions of HIV pharmacology. This position will focus on the collection and analysis of multimodal imaging data linking antiretroviral exposure in key reservoir tissues to complex and changing cellular neighborhoods or microenvironments. The candidate will collaborate with a team of scientists to integrate MSI (small molecule, lipidome), ultra-highplex CODEX (proteome), and Spatial Transcriptomics (genome) datasets. Projects may also include work focused on objective assessment of patient adherence to antiretroviral regimens through MSI.
Minimum Education and Experience:
PhD in Chemistry or related field with knowledge of mass spectrometry.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:
Familiarity with mass spectrometry imaging, including: sample preparation, data acquisition, statistical data analysis, image analysis, and algorithm development.
