We’re looking for a proactive

Account Manager

to own relationships with our mid-market and enterprise clients, driving measurable growth with Hatch’s AI platform. This high-ownership role sits at the heart of our customer journey — from onboarding to adoption, renewals, and expansion.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of $20K–$50K+ ACV accounts, from onboarding through renewal.

Lead QBRs, exec check-ins, and strategic conversations to reinforce ROI and uncover growth.

Partner with Sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Use data to tell compelling stories and guide client strategy.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing) to drive adoption and customer success.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years in Account Management / Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company.

Experience with executive-level stakeholders (VP/C-suite).

Data-driven, strong communicator, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Bonus: experience with AI, automation, or customer engagement platforms.
