Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, campaign performance, and sales productivity
Support forecasting processes and revenue planning by providing timely analysis
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to measure ROI on campaigns and demand generation activities
Develop scalable processes, documentation, and best practices for Sales and Marketing operations
Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles within high-growth SaaS or tech environments
Understanding of SaaS financial metrics, subscription economics, and data-driven revenue forecasting
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and related GTM tools
Solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, including lead management, pipeline development, and forecasting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum 5-10% travel required
