Responsibilities

Manage and optimize technologies supporting TAM/SAM monitoring, territory intelligence, and Revenue Operations initiatives

Continuously refine Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Sales Addressable Market (SAM) models using AI technology and data

Oversee data integrity projects and administer data hygiene tools to improve data quality and automation

Champion the evaluation and deployment of AI tools for Revenue Operations and GTM enablement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards and reports that enhance decision-making and territory strategy

Qualifications

4-6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales/Marketing Operations within a SaaS environment

Strong technical foundation with advanced Excel/Sheets skills and Salesforce reporting expertise

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and the GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong)

Proficiency in SQL (or BQ) with the ability to manipulate large datasets

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing AI-driven automation in Revenue Operations or GTM environments

Background in revenue forecasting or territory optimization modeling

Ability to mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data quality and automation

Experience partnering with GTM, Analytics, and Technology teams to build impactful dashboards and reports
