Compensation: $55,000 annually + uncapped bonus opportunities Average Canvass Managers earn an additional $1,500 - $3,000 monthly in bonus Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA; life insurance; disability protection; employee assistance program; pet insurance; 401k; gym memberships; volunteer paid time off; personal/professional development; relocation opportunities; 80 hours of PTO annually; 6 paid holidays. Dynamic Leadership: Lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals and drive team success and rewards Recruitment: Source top talent, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and onboard the right people for the canvassing role Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback to improve team performance Build Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and present home improvement solutions Deliver Compelling Pitches: Communicate the benefits and features of DaBella products effectively Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas Field Readiness: Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods Field Navigation: Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Training: Complete all entry-level canvasser training as part of onboarding About DaBella
