Overview As a Canvass Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our canvassing strategy, empower your team to reach their full potential, and help us drive growth in the home improvement industry. This is a leadership role focused on developing people, building client relationships, and delivering results.
Responsibilities
Dynamic Leadership: Lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals and drive both team success and financial rewards.
Recruitment: Source top talent, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and onboard new team members for canvassing roles.
Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and actionable feedback to improve team performance.
Build Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to understand their needs and offer solutions.
Deliver Compelling Pitches: Communicate the benefits and features of DaBella's products effectively.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.
Hit the Pavement: Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
Field Navigation: Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers; a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
Onboarding: Complete all entry-level canvasser training as part of the onboarding process.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving results and developing teams.
Ability to recruit, coach, and retain top canvassing talent.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners.
Wamiliar with walking and standing for extended periods and field-based roles.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$55,000 annually + uncapped bonus opportunities
Average Canvass Managers earn an additional $1,500 - $3,000 monthly in bonus
Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus
