Victory Packaging, a Smurfit Westrock Company, seeks an outgoing and competitive Sales Representative. We desire a persuasive, independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and excels at prospecting. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can identify value-added solutions for customers. How You Will Impact Victory Packaging

Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles, and measure success against high standards. Be driven, responsible, and committed; follow up diligently with prospects and clients; volunteer for self-development activities. Show deep commitment to customer satisfaction by offering value-added solutions. Architect and communicate packaging solutions, develop strategic plans for core clients, and continuously prospect for new business. Develop in-depth knowledge of key customers and targets. Identify cost-saving opportunities within customer environments and utilize Victory’s resources to build effective solutions. Establish sales budgets, strategies, and tactical plans by product line, customer, and market. Adhere to policies, guidelines, and pricing structures. Provide feedback on service failures or customer concerns to management. Partner with operations and adhere to corporate directives to exceed customer expectations. Utilize technology such as email and CRM software to respond swiftly to customer needs. What You Need to Succeed

At least 3 years of proven sales experience in packaging or container industries (highly preferred). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel locally and out of area as required. What We Offer
