What You'll Do

As a

Commercial Sales Representative , you’ll be pivotal in delivering revenue growth and creating value for mid-market and commercial clients. Your role will include:

Managing a dynamic portfolio of 80–100 commercial accounts across diverse industries. Leading strategic sales initiatives aimed at delivering measurable business outcomes. Understanding client business goals and aligning tailored learning and development solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to drive client success. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Expanding your footprint within accounts by generating referrals and up-selling. Staying informed on market trends, industry shifts, and emerging technologies. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions using CRM tools.

Ideal Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

A proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales quotas. At least 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or customer engagement roles. Solid hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Comfort with using digital tools and remote communication platforms. Prior experience in selling to commercial or mid-sized businesses. Experience working in remote or hybrid team environments.
