Regional Sales Managers

Your mission is to be a recruiting machine bringing in elite loan officers, branches, branch managers, and regional leaders who will drive performance and growth. You must know the industry cold: analyze data, identify trends, and gather intel that informs sharp, high-impact sales strategies. You’ll work with the Head of Sales to hit and exceed aggressive monthly goals, adjusting quickly and decisively when needed. You’ll also own your pipeline, balancing recruitment of new candidates with closing top-tier prospects already in process. Recruit top quality branches, branch managers, sales managers and/or loan officers Develop and grow market share and profitability of directly managed branches and loan officers Develop and grow the number of branches managed as a sales leader and manage branch profitability Directly and indirectly manage branches to Regional Sales targets and maximize expense management and revenue Research industry trends and market intelligence for assigned regional territory; provide feedback to inform sales strategies Work with National Sales Manager to deliver monthly performance analyses and action plans to exceed goals Design and execute multi-level strategies for regional market penetration to meet sales targets within defined timelines Deliver on the National Sales Manager’s vision Manage branch pipelines daily with branch managers Qualifications
Experience as a Regional Manager or related position in the mortgage industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail oriented to drive branches to achieve goals Ability to ensure branch managers and area managers understand goals and responsibilities Strong management skills to oversee reports and drive results Financial acumen to analyze data and inform decisions Professional demeanor and ability to model organizational pace and direction Ethical and driven to succeed Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Guaranteed Rate is an Equal Opportunity Employer
