Operations- Account Management Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts:
Develop, issue and have weekly communication with customer using PO tracker Monitor and facilitate the release of materials and finished goods to meet the committed date. Attend/forward batch/work order requirements to Planning Department weekly. Issue monthly MRP report to customers supplying components Issue Monthly Excess Inventory Reports to customers as required. Provide pricing to customers for ancillary services as needed. Monitor and maintain customer portal as required. Attend Gate-Review meetings and Line Trials as required. Initiate pricing requests as needed.
Issue monthly status and statistical reports to the Manager and Director of Customer Service Qualifications
2 or 4-year business degree, plus 2 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment or 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive handling multiple customers. Detail oriented, with superior organizational and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point). Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds. Applicants are required to read, write, and speak: English, Korean Compensation & Benefits
