What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within assigned territory
Effectively position solutions to address business challenges
Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makers
Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure
Collaborate with key channel and reseller partners to expand market reach
What is Required (Qualifications):
12 years of B2B software sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
Proven ability to sell to large Strategic accounts with a focus on C-level and IT leadership
Experience managing a multi-state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software
Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
