The Curriculum Coordinator will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, ensuring that training initiatives enhance service delivery and elevate the overall customer experience. Develop and implement curriculum plans and programs aligned with TeamPharr.Net training vision. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and improved service delivery. Design educational frameworks that meet community needs and foster continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of the organization’s mandate, service philosophy, policies and procedures, planning and budgeting processes. Knowledge of adult education principles and methods. Knowledge of digital and virtual training platforms. Knowledge of how internet and wireless networks function. Knowledge of issues and challenges related to improvement of broadband services, and ability to develop strategic solutions. Strong data analysis skills to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve home network issues. Benefits
