Regional Sales Manager - California & Nevada Torani is looking for a strategic sales manager who will build business with distributors, operators, and partners; identify barriers to entry and develop tactics to overcome them; and create and execute go-to-market strategies that open new opportunities for the region. Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies to drive growth in the California and Nevada region. Build business with distributors and operator customers; collaborate with distributor partners to deliver shared objectives. Identify barriers to entry, develop tactics to overcome them, and create plans that open new pockets of opportunities. Manage field-based engagement, support distributor sales teams, and leverage market and trend data to sustain growth. Collaborate with Zone Manager and internal partners to align objectives with the Foodservice Division Strategy; forecast and manage pipeline and inventory to ensure service levels. Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working as a remote sales team member At least 5 years of experience in the food & beverage industry Experience growing relationships with foodservice operators & regional chain accounts Experience training distributor representatives and leading product education workshops Proficient in contact management databases, preferably Salesforce Experience working with a large ERP system (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.) Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Live in the San Francisco Bay Area Willingness to do overnight travel for a minimum of 50% of the time, including attending key trade shows in and out of the region Salary Range:
$97,000 - $118,000 Bonus:
Torani offers both a competitive quarterly sales bonus as well as an annual company bonus.
