The Client Data Team is part of the Client Coverage Division. Its core task is the development of sales-relevant KPIs, dashboards, client segmentation and analysis, and the implementation of these within our Salesforce CRM processes in close collaboration with IT. Role Details
As a Senior Client Data Specialist, you will: Support US client facing staff with data-driven segmentation to maximize time efficiency Create client focus lists and next best action recommendations Drive the adoption of Sales KPIs and best practices in data management Create visualization strategy to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams Develop the US client segmentation strategy in the Wholesale business Collaborate with the CRM team to reflect US needs in the Global data model Develop US-specific dashboards, reports and analyses supported by the Client Data team in India and IT We are looking for: Profound understanding of the asset management industry, preferably in a B2B environment Understanding of sales performance management and related KPIs Proficient in handling large and complex data sets Experience in a client facing role is a plus Understanding of CRM concepts and best practices; prior experience with Salesforce is a plus Confidence in managing relationships with senior stakeholders Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and ability to deliver key insights through creative thinking Bachelor’s degree required License(s) required: N/A What we’ll offer you

Actual salaries may be based on factors including skill set, experience, education, location and other qualifications.
