We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and seeking a qualified

Sales Representative

focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our community. This role offers the opportunity to interact with clients daily and help create a supportive, meaningful environment.

Position The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by engaging potential members, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and guiding them through the sales process to a membership. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Execute sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing

Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual goals and needs

Maintain personal sales targets

Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider

Present services to current and prospective members

Book appointments to meet monthly sales goals

Participate in promotional events like health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community activities

Develop selling skills continuously

Process transactions accurately

Follow up with prospective clients

Manage retail inventory

Attend training programs

Create social media content with photos

Perform light cleaning duties

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality

Ability to build strong customer relationships

Goal-oriented with a focus on sales in memberships, retail, and private training

Self-motivated and proactive

Ability to learn and operate ClubReady software

Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient computer skills

Authorization to work in the United States
