Retail Scan Associate (Glenshaw, PA 15116) at ScanScape. This is a permanent PART-TIME role. Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store). Responsibilities
Visit assigned local retailers weekly to perform in-store data collection by scanning barcodes with a mobile app. Scan barcodes in displays, aisles, and end caps; provide quantity data for roughly 45% of scanned products when required; complete Display Scanning across the store. Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver data to clients with dependability and quality-driven action. Engage in optional Custom Projects, which may add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per week per store. Report to your store within the described deadline and maintain consistency in data collection across 52 weeks (including holiday weeks). Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage. Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store; ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand. Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs; attention to detail and ability to work independently. Must be deadline-driven and have access to reliable Wi-Fi; tech-savvy. High school diploma or GED (preferred). Benefits
