Position Overview: International has an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Sales Consultant
to cover Central & Eastern Pennsylvania & New Jersey. International Motors is seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Consultant
to drive new truck retail sales across Central & Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In this role, you’ll go beyond selling vehicles—delivering full customer solutions that strengthen relationships with dealers and end customers alike. Ability to work cross functionally is essential and exceptional communication skills a must. This is a remote position (preferred home base in Pennsylvania or surrounding area) with travel required up to 75%, depending on location.
Responsibilities
Coach and support dealer sales representatives to win new business and retain existing accounts.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Partner cross-functionally with dealers, internal teams, and customers to deliver comprehensive solutions (#OneInternational approach).
Provide consultative expertise across our full ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) powered product lines, as well as our full service portfolio.
Build, grow, and manage long-term customer and dealer relationships to ensure a seamless, industry-leading experience.
Present compelling proposals and consultative strategies to dealers, prospects, and end customers.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on International Motors’ products and services.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree + at least 8 years of sales experience + at least 1 year of lead experience
Alternative: Master’s degree + at least 6 years of sales experience + at least 1 year of lead experience
Alternative: at least 10 years of sales experience + at least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis. We do not anticipate providing employment sponsorship for this position.

Proven Sales Management experience with a track record of winning new business and retaining customers.
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and storytelling skills.
Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and dealer partners.
