Sales Supervisor
to join our SoHo flagship boutique. This role combines luxury sales expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting the General Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience while guiding and motivating the sales team. The Selling Supervisor will act as a role model on the sales floor, drive performance through clienteling and KPI management, and ensure daily operational excellence. Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Leadership Create an elevated luxury selling experience for clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the style and values of our brand. Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on fine jewelry. Foster an exceptional shopping experience by delivering personalized service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Act as a brand ambassador by cultivating loyal client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the Ring Concierge aesthetic and values. Lead by example in driving sales and achieving KPIs, inspiring and motivating sales associates to achieve and exceed targets through exceptional service and selling techniques. Assist in training and coaching sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance performance. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with clients, resolving any customer concerns or escalations with professionalism and grace. Team Support & Leadership Serve as a floor leader, providing daily direction and coaching to the sales team. Support leadership in onboarding and training initiatives to set new team members up for success. Set the standard for service by modeling product expertise, storytelling, and elevated selling. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for driving sales and achieving store goals, offering insights and recommendations based on observations and client feedback. Lead by example with maintaining the store’s appearance by ensuring displays are well-organized and visually appealing. Operational Support Support back-of-house operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cycle counts, and stock replenishment, to maintain accurate inventory levels and a well-organized store environment. Perform opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring the boutique is prepared for daily operations and adhering to security protocols and procedures. Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and policies. Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations. Qualifications
2 years previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role managing teams, driving sales performance and achieving KPIs. Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a strong commitment to building long-term relationships with clients through clienteling efforts. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and expectations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members at all levels. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in front and back-of-house operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak retail seasons. Seniority level
