This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing contract opportunities under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), with a primary performance metric of sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of GSA MAS IT SINs, federal procurement processes, and a successful track record of winning contracts with agencies such as HHS, VA, DHS, DOD, DOT, and others. Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Client Partner to lead our business development efforts in the IT professional services space, focusing on civilian federal agencies. This role targets identifying, pursuing, and securing contract opportunities under the GSA MAS, with a primary performance metric of sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of GSA MAS IT SINs, federal procurement processes, and a successful track record of winning contracts with agencies such as HHS, VA, DHS, DOD, DOT, and others. Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify IT services opportunities within civilian and military agencies using GSA MAS and other federal vehicles Develop and execute capture strategies tailored to agency missions, priorities, and procurement trends Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets Manage the full lifecycle of the GSA MAS contract, including updates, modifications, and compliance Ensure offerings under relevant IT SINs (e.g., 54151S, 54151HEAL, 518210C) are accurate, competitive, and aligned with agency needs. Add additional SINs as needed to drive strategy Serve as the primary liaison with GSA contracting officers and civilian agency procurement officials Lead or support the development of RFQ/RFI/task order responses through GSA eBuy and other platforms Collaborate with technical and pricing teams to craft compelling, compliant proposals Build and maintain strong relationships with key civilian agencies and stakeholders Monitor agency budgets, strategic plans, and procurement forecasts to inform pursuit strategies Represent the company at industry days, agency briefings, and GSA events Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in federal contracting, with a focus on IT services and GSA MAS Proven success in selling to civilian agencies and managing GSA MAS contracts Strong knowledge of FAR, GSA eBuy, and federal procurement platforms (e.g., SAM.gov) Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills Proficiency in CRM systems and federal opportunity tracking tools Top Secret clearance preferred Key Performance Metrics

Sales and Revenue from GSA MAS contracts with government agencies Pipeline growth and opportunity conversion rate Proposal Win Rate and contract awards Client Engagement and satisfaction within civilian agency accounts Additional Responsibilities

Provide innovative methods to identify long-term opportunities Ensure opportunities are assessed and qualified based on alignment with strategic goals Develop and manage budgets for opportunity pursuits Create formal capture plans to ensure competitiveness Define team roles and ensure continuity of purpose Utilize DXC’s automation and standardized processes for tracking opportunities Manage real-time data including pipeline status and opportunity tracking Oversee proposal development to ensure compliance and responsiveness Maintain a formal proposal library for future use Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
