Team Architects Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative!
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to enhance our sales efforts and help drive our business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a supportive team environment. You will engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and play a critical role in our real estate investment ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (FollowUpBoss). Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement. Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability. Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, oil and gas or similar industries. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable dealing with objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Results-driven with a passion for sales success. Must complete Job Fit Assessment for consideration.
