Sales Representative - Salt Lake City (Hospital Emergency Care). As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell Emergency Care products to healthcare providers, focusing on Hospital Emergency Care solutions. You’ll work with Defibrillators, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and Chest Compression systems. You will build and maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position Stryker’s products effectively. You’ll have opportunities to exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth. What You Will Do
Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customer needs. Achieve assigned quota using a consultative approach to Hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations of related products and programs. Become the resident Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) expert, collaborating with nurses, medical directors, and administrators. Knowledge of competitors’ offerings builds credibility. Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, problem solving, integrity, and highly responsive service. Support cost reduction and ensure on-time, complete, error-free shipments. Demonstrate experience with reports, budgets, customer service, and project management. Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing. What You Need
Required:
High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience. Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record. Preferred:
