Overview
Sales Representative - South LA - Emergency Care (Hospital) role at Stryker. You will promote and sell Emergency Care Hospital products, including Defibrillators, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and Chest Compression systems, to healthcare providers. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position Stryker’s products effectively. There is potential to exceed sales targets and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth. What You Will Do
Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customer needs. Achieve assigned quota through consultative Hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations of related products and programs. Become the resident Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) expert, working with nurses, medical directors, and administrators; leverage knowledge of products and competitors to build credibility with customers. Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, solving problems, acting with integrity, and providing responsive, high-quality service. Support on-time, complete, and accurate shipments while pursuing cost reduction opportunities. Demonstrate experience with reports, budgeting, customer service, and project management. Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing. What You Need
Required:
High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience. Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record. Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree. 100% uncapped commission + benefits.
