CHI Overhead Doors is seeking a
Strategic Account Coordinator
to provide dedicated support for key customer programs and internal sales operations. This role will manage the
National Agreement
relationship as the primary internal point of contact, ensuring account setup, rebate administration, product support, estimates, and warranty management are handled accurately and efficiently. In addition, the Strategic Account Coordinator will support our
builder programs
by verifying rebates, assisting with vendor relations, and identifying opportunities for growth. The position will also assist the Division Sales Manager with data requests, project support, and other special assignments. This position is
based in Arthur, IL with occasional travel to key account events (less than 25%)
and reports directly to the
Division Sales Manager . Responsibilities Serve as the internal point of contact for National Partners, ensuring branches are supported and account needs are met. Manage account setup for multiple locations, coordinating with internal teams for seamless onboarding. Calculate, process, and verify rebates. Support branches with ordering product, providing estimates, and managing warranties. Assist with vendor relations and program administration. Track account activity and look for opportunities to improve support and increase growth. Provide data, reporting, and project assistance to the Division Sales Manager. Take on special assignments and cross-functional projects as needed. Maintain strong communication across internal teams to ensure account needs are prioritized and executed. Compensation & Benefits
Starting Base Salary Range: $70,824-$84,453.82 ROA Bonus ROA Bonus percentage is variable, determinate upon company performance each year, up to 33% of annual salary. Profit-Sharing 10% of Nucor’s pre-tax earnings are contributed to the Profit Sharing Plan annually and distributed to all eligible teammates. A large portion is deposited into your profit-sharing account, and a smaller portion is distributed in cash. Current 6-year average = 19.88% of your eligible earnings. Eligible earnings include regular pay, overtime, and bonus. Benefits

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the building products or garage door industry. Prior experience supporting multi-location customer accounts. Familiarity with rebate programs, warranty claims, and vendor account structures.
