Annual Return on Assets Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 25.4% of eligible earnings (up to 33% eligible earnings). Responsibilities
The AI & Robotics Engineer will be responsible for our robotics automation systems to include but not limited to designing, documenting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, programming, continually improving, and leading projects from selection through final test and acceptance. This teammate will work closely with Maintenance and Operations personnel providing technical expertise in training the maintenance teams and optimizing the operations. Successful candidate will also play an integral lead role in robot safety within the Team. In addition, this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence in our process to improve safety and efficiency. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications
Four-year Robotics or Automation Engineering Degree 1 year experience in Robotics Automation Preferred Qualifications
