CONTROLLER

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure strong internal controls and compliance across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close

Manage internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and industry regulations

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting

Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making

Work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners during audits and tax filings

Manage and mentor accounting team members to support department growth and development

Support inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis in coordination with manufacturing and supply chain teams

Stay current on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
