Regional Automotive Controller
to join its expanding leadership team. The Automotive Regional Controller will be responsible to oversee financial operations across
10–12 dealership locations . The Regional Automotive Controller will provide financial oversight, guidance, and support to their Controllers and accounting teams at each store, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the group. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to align financial performance with operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support Controllers at assigned dealership locations Review and analyze monthly financial statements for accuracy and timeliness Ensure compliance with corporate policies, manufacturer requirements, and accounting standards Partner with General Managers, department managers, and leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency Identify and implement best practices across stores to streamline accounting processes Conduct occasional site visits to build relationships and assess operations (light travel) Qualifications: Prior experience as a Regional Controller, Area Controller, or multi-store Automotive Controller required Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage financial operations for multiple rooftops simultaneously High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills Dealer management system (DMS) experience required; Reynolds preferred Compensation & Benefits: Compensation package in the
