Your Future Team As part of our dedicated wealth management team in Denver, you’ll be joining a family practice founded in 1984 and built on four core principles: always acting in the best interest of the client, providing straightforward fees, maintaining transparent communication, and giving every client personalized service. Our team takes pride in creating personalized financial plans tailored to each client’s unique goals. We serve as fiduciaries, offering services ranging from retirement planning to social security analysis. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where success is measured by helping others achieve their financial goals.
What You’ll Do
Maintain client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring that client information and documentation is kept current.
Respond rapidly to client concerns and maintain regular status updates regarding their service issues.
Administrative support that includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, responding to incoming emails, distributing mail, and managing partner calendars.
Process monthly billing on client accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
Provide compliance support, which includes logging client correspondence, checks, and gifts
Assist partners with operational or administrative tasks
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with compliance procedures, including documentation, gift tracking, and rollover check processing is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems
Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
Able to maintain composure under pressure and manage difficult situations professionally
