Overview
Stanbrick Dental Services is a growing dental company with 10 locations and 135 employees in the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for an experienced Dental Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a primarily remote position open to applicants residing in the state of Colorado, who can commute to the Denver metro area for in-person meetings once per quarter. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a busy work environment and has a strong work ethic. Prior experience with dental insurance and claims is required.
Responsibilities
Auditing dental claim payments, denials, and patient accounts
Posting & reconciliation of various formats of insurance claim payments
Verifying insurance benefits
Submission and follow-up of dental claims, pre-treatment estimates and attachments
Sending statements and posting EFT insurance payments
Timely communication and response with team members and patients
Qualifications
2 years of dental insurance and claims experience in a high-volume setting
Understanding of the revenue cycle and adjudication process
Strong critical thinking skills to determine account balances and credits
Expert knowledge and understanding of dental coding as well as state and carrier guidelines
Experience with accounts receivable in a practice management software setting
Strong communication and computer skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work independently without daily oversight

Benefits The full-time position is based from home, Monday – Friday from 6:30am to 3:30pm. It offers a wage of $28.00/hour and up based on experience.
