JOB SUMMARY
This is a Government Operations Consultant I position in the General Tax Administration Program, Taxpayer Services Process, Resource Support Group. The incumbent provides support to Process objectives and initiatives within the Taxpayer Service Process. The incumbent also designs and conducts training, creates and maintains training materials, evaluates Contact Center phone and correspondence interactions, and supports quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality customer service, agent performance, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
Two years of experience in developing and deploying effective and efficient training strategies.
Two years of experience analyzing operational problems or issues and recommending corrective actions for improvement.
Two years of experience with developing operational reports and technical writings such as operational manuals, procedures, guides, operator instructions for systems operations, or reporting.
One year of experience serving as a leader, facilitator, or member for special team assignments and/or projects to implement key process elements or measures.
Experience working in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX) utilizing PRD.
PREFERENCES
Experience completing, verifying, auditing, or processing business tax reports/returns.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
SALARY The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $4,089.93 monthly/$49,079.20 annually.
