Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with engagement teams on audits, reviews, and other assurance services for nonpublic clients Lead or support the planning and execution of financial statement audits Prepare and review financial statements Identify and help resolve client issues efficiently Communicate directly with clients throughout engagements Maintain active communication with both clients and internal teams to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables Participate in internal initiatives such as recruiting and professional development activities Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on financial statement audits with an active CPA license Proficiency in conducting external audit engagements in accordance with professional standards Employee benefit plan audit experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks is a plus Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning, woman-owned staffing company that works hard to “Advance Careers Daily”.
