Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow existing customer accounts Foster strong relationships with OEM clients and internal cross-functional teams Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within key accounts Provide insights on pricing strategies and support margin cost analysis Lead the proposal process, including commercial negotiation and contract development Monitor industry trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategy Coordinate internal resources to enhance the client experience Track account performance and drive timely collections Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management Strong knowledge of pricing strategy and contract negotiation Experience in B2B customer relationship development Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite 5+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry Familiarity with OEM sales cycles and procurement processes Working knowledge of IATF 16949 principles and compliance Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning, woman-owned staffing company that works hard to “Advance Careers Daily”.
