With access to our network of highly rated issuing carriers and reinsurance partners, you can secure coverage with less stress and uncertainty. Built from the ground up, our purpose-driven technology simplifies workflows, enhances responsiveness, and eliminates the burden of outdated legacy systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance domain requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Contribute to enterprise technology strategy, modernization efforts, and platform scalability initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and no/low code platforms to streamline development and accelerate delivery.
Partner with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and external vendors to align technical execution with business objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices across teams.
Conduct code reviews, performance assessments, and provide technical mentorship.
Perform root cause analysis on system issues and implement durable, scalable fixes.
Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience.
Required Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, modern front-end frameworks, and modern programming languages, with strong architectural and design capabilities.
