Be a part of the newest luxury hotel in downtown LA, Conrad Los Angeles! As part of the billion‑dollar project, The Grand LA, this is the 7th Conrad Hotel in the U.S. and the 1st in California. Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is the city’s newest luxury destination, featuring over 300 rooms, a world‑class spa, a 16,000‑square‑foot rooftop pool deck, 12,000 square feet of event space, and three dynamic dining experiences—including our signature restaurant, San Laurel, all in partnership with Chef José Andrés’ award‑winning restaurant group, JoseAndresFoodGroup.
In this role as a Server Assistant you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
What will I be doing?
Transport food items to and from purchasing area to kitchens in order to replenish items as needed to ensure consistency, freshness and rotation of products for the guest.
Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
Assist server with food & beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

The hourly rate is $21.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
