Operations Staff Accountants
for a national organization that is centralizing and expanding its accounting function at its Plymouth Meeting, PA location. Join a tenured and supportive finance team where you'll get exposure to cross-functional work, mentorship, and long-term career opportunities! Why You’ll Love This Role: Collaborative culture with a mix of in-office and remote team members Visible impact: Work directly with regional operations and business leaders Professional growth: Internal promotions and talent mobility encouraged Your Day-to-Day: Oversee the month-end close process for 5–10 branches in the Southwest region (AZ, TX, NV) Handle journal entries, prepaids, accruals, and inventory accounting Partner with local branch teams and operational leaders to ensure financial accuracy Ensure internal controls and accounting procedures are followed Collaborate closely with peers and senior accountants on a centralized accounting team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–2+ years of general ledger accounting experience (month-end close required) Proficient in Excel; Oracle and OneStream experience a plus Excellent interpersonal skills — ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with multiple stakeholders across departments Seniority level
