Full Time Work Arrangement
Field Role Opportunity and Training
You’ll start with a paid license preparation/training period. You will begin with an existing book of business and have the opportunity to grow the business through your work and dedication. Licensing support and a basic development program including self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork are provided. On-the-job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning the profession. Responsibilities
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use the Customer Care Sales Model Continuously prospect for sales opportunities Collect premiums from policyholders per a pre-arranged schedule Respond to policyholder service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.) Maintain accurate records, account for money collected, and process paperwork Our Expectations for Agents
Increase the agency size Build strong working relationships with customers Dedicate the time necessary to fulfill responsibilities Commit to ongoing knowledge and skills development Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage Dependable vehicle for daily travel Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle report check and drug screening Authorized to work in the United States Preparation
Licensing – We provide assistance and guidance for licensing exams Basic Training – Development program with self-study, classroom time, role-play, and fieldwork On-the-job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning Benefits
