Responding promptly to policyholder service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.
Appropriately keeping records, accounting for money collected, and processing paperwork.

Responsibilities
Manage an assigned territory with an existing book of business.
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
Prospect for new sales opportunities.
Collect premiums and respond to policyholder requests.
Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
Expectations for Agents
Grow the agency size.
Build strong customer relationships.
Dedicate necessary time to responsibilities.
Develop ongoing knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Ability to visit customers door-to-door.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance.
Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
Pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preparation and Development
Assistance with licensing exams.
Basic training including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork.
Earn while learning through on-the-job training.
